Q: Is my Order Secure?

A: Our online orders are processed on a secure server. We use FastSpring http://www.fastspring.com a veteran ecommerce company, which specialize in processing software fulfillment. All information is encrypted before transmission to prevent possible interception by a third party. The order forms are 128Bit SSL secure order forms. 128Bit SSL secure forms are designed to provide government level security for your credit card transactions. Use it with confidence. Your transmissions while in this area are absolutely secure and private.

Q: Can I Order Online Without a Credit Card?

A: No, All orders need to be placed via the Online Store.

Q: How long after I place an order will it take to receive the download instructions?

A: When placing an online order using a credit card, the download instructions and license code will be delivered usually within just a few minutes after submitting the order.

Q: What is Legacy Software?

A: Legacy Software is software which is no longer in development. Many of our legacy software titles can be upgraded to a newer product.

Q: It seems like there is a problem with the download file?

A: Our SmartStart Launcher software is only around 250KB in size. Most browsers are set to close the download window automatically when the download completes. So the download window may only appear to flash for a few seconds and be gone. Some users have assumed that the download did not complete or that there was a problem. In fact we have tried to create a very small download to save time downloading. This feature also allows us the ability to supply you with the newest versions of the software as soon as it is available.

Q: I am having a problem installing the software?

A: The first thing to check is that you have the latest .NET 4 Full profile installed on your machine. All of our software and the forms on this site require that .NET 4 Full profile be installed.
