When submitting a technical support question it is Important to include as much detail as possible including any error or warning messages, System type, Operating System, Service pack level, Hard drive types and sizes, Operations (i.e. Disk Clone, Drive Clean, ...).
The more information you can include, the faster and more accurately we will be able to provide an answer. If you do not include detailed information, we will have to reply requesting more information. This will delay conclusion of your technical support issue.
If you do not hear from us, make sure that there are no spam filters, either your own or at your ISP blocking our domain (itechs-systems.com). Our mail server does not respond to Confirmation emails. If your incoming email requires a confirmation email, it will need to be configured to receive emails from our domain by you. Make sure not to alter the ID this will be in the subject line and look this ID[xxxxxxx-yyyyy]. Only valid ID's are excepted by our email system.
