If your incoming email requires a confirmation email, it will need to be configured to receive emails from our domain by you. If you have not included a secondary email and you a blocking on your primary you will not receive a reply. We suggest that for your secondary email you use a free web based email address i.e. something@hotmail.com or something@gmail.com.
